Announcement submission should include relevant and print ready information such as: Who, What, When, Where, Why, How, Cost, Contact Information: Phone and Email. Include Quality Photographs or Flyers.
Please send your announcement at least 48 hours in advance of the event in order to be published on our website.
E-mail updates are typically sent out weekly on Fridays. Cut-off for information to be included in email updates is Thrusday at Noon CST.
The SLC at its discretion reserves the right to edit submissions. Prior to publishing, submission may be revised in order to correct for: grammar, spelling, punctuation, word choice or improve the readability and clarity of message.
The SLC at its discretion reserves the right to NOT PUBLISH OR FORWARD news or information deemed not in alignment with our vision and mission.
